James-Olivier Durivage,

During his years at the École d'Entrepreneurship de Beauce, James-Olivier had the opportunity to mentor more than 60 of Quebec's most respected business leaders. These invaluable one-on-one meetings allowed him to discuss and exchange ideas on all kinds of entrepreneurial issues and challenges, moving them forward.

His approach to knowledge transfer and concrete methods for helping his clients progress stems from this collaboration and the professional training he has undertaken since. A trainer in management and communication, and an executive and team coach, he offers impactful workshops and meetings.

Driven by a desire to contribute and serve, his strategic thinking helps him guide the leadership of those he works with. His latest initiative to ensure the sustainability of family businesses is obtaining FEA designation in 2025. Aiming for a prosperous future for entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial families in Quebec gives profound meaning to his 30-year career, all fueled by his desire to make tomorrow more fulfilling than yesterday.

Her previous careers, including seven (7) years anchoring the CBC/RDI Alberta news program and three years as a video journalist in Ontario, are invaluable assets for her information gathering and reporting skills. These experiences have allowed her to develop her critical listening skills, the art of asking the right questions, and the ability to build trust.

Jean-Simon Charlebois

— LL.B., MBA, M.Sc.

Jean-Simon is passionate about improving workplace practices and what motivates people to give their best. He supports organizations in their strategic transformations through organizational diagnosis, work climate, performance management, change management, and role and responsibility clarification.

With a master's degree in organizational intervention and change, a legal background, and an MBA, he worked as a program manager in the federal public service, notably in negotiations at Indigenous Affairs and Economic Development Canada. These experiences allowed him to travel throughout Quebec and develop solid management expertise.

He then returned to his alma mater, the University of Sherbrooke, where he led strategic initiatives for four years. A committed entrepreneur, he founded the Magog Public Market, which has become a leading hub for local consumption in the Eastern Townships. He is also actively involved in creating a palliative care hospice for the Memphrémagog region, a project imbued with meaning and solidarity.

His approach is simple: to offer concrete, realistic, and positive solutions, because he believes that well-managed interventions and changes bring productivity gains that benefit quality time in personal and professional life.
