The DYNAMIX® Level 1 evaluator asks a series of questions (similar to an anonymous survey). It allows respondents to assess their work practices within the company. Comparative tables built from more than one individual profile help identify which team members would be best paired based on their complementary or identical styles. Or, alternatively, which team member should play a specific role based on their natural strengths?
The DYNAMIX® Level 2 evaluator goes further. It focuses on the anonymous self-assessment your team members make of their specific skills, competencies, or behaviors. For example, a score of 6.7/10 for "frank and open communication," 9/10 for "atmosphere of trust and respect," or 5/10 for "customer-focused."
Through a comparative system, the evaluator uses forced choices to reveal how each member perceives the team's behavior.
He combines these perceptions to paint a clear picture of collective characteristics.
